Serious Records監修のオールドスクール・デトロイト/シカゴハウスコンピの記念すべき１弾は完全にシカゴハウス一本。 流石に第一作目だけあって超名曲揃いなんですが、センスの良いレーベルが手がけているのでその中でも選曲眼はカナリ鋭いです。 Master C & J "Face It" を皮切りに The House Master Boyz "House Nation"、Pleasure Pump "Fantasize Me"、Marshall Jefferson "Move Your Body"、Duane and Co. "Hard Core" の他T-Coy "Carino"、Raze "Jack The Groove" までカバーしているコンピは他には無いと思います。 音圧の問題意外はほぼ「完璧」といえるアルバムではないでしょうか。
